Top score in specialist partner survey on customer satisfaction

Our partners' willingness to recommend us remains high.

We would like to thank our partners for taking part in our international Griesser customer survey. Their opinions and assessments are of great importance to us so that we can continue to customise our products and services to meet their needs in the best possible way.

We have received an excellent score. Compared to the first half of 2023, we were even able to increase our survey results by more than 10%.

The NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a single question on the willingness to recommend Griesser. From a purely statistical point of view, a positive NPS value should be aimed for, i.e. more promoters than detractors. The higher above 0, the more customer-focussed.
