New: Instant product identification.

Griesser has always been committed to improving the experience and satisfaction of its customers. Today, we're pleased to introduce a new feature: instant product identification.
Before leaving the factory, every Griesser product is labeled with a unique QR code. By scanning this QR code with a smartphone, a wide range of information and services are made available to the public. The information and services are primarily intended for Griesser dealers and end users.
Griesser dealers will find all the information they need to make it easier to trace, install and maintain the product, such as the product serial number, the associated motor part number, the spare parts catalog and installation instructions.
On the private side, this new feature offers immediate access to the user manual, the warranty notice and the dealer's contact information in case of technical problems. This allows the private individual to be helped more quickly.
*For the time being, this feature is only available for operable sunshades, but it will be progressively deployed on all our solar protection and closure ranges from 2022.
