The sun of the new Grand Parilly district, "INITIAL" commercial building

Atypical architecture in Lyon's agglomeration

Ideally located in the heart of the Grand Parilly urban development project in the city of Vénissieux, the "INITIAL" commercial building overlooks the Lyon ring road.

This commercial building has a surface area of 10500 m², which includes 1500 m² of restaurants and 9000 m² of offices. Its strategic location between the Ikea and Leroy Merlin shops makes it an essential landmark in the district.

The building has an H-shape with a north façade divided into four large asymmetrical urban windows and a more conservative south façade on the esplanade side.

Griesser's Soloroll interior blinds were chosen for this construction to ensure optimum thermal and visual comfort for the building's users. All the blinds are fitted with Soltis Touch fabrics from Serge Ferrari, known for their elegant woven look. To maximise comfort, these roller blinds are motorised, allowing for ease of use on a daily basis.
